KIM MELTZER

A veteran hotelier since 1995, Kim started her career at the Anaheim Hilton and Towers as a Front Desk Agent, and cross-trained into a convention concierge near Disneyland. It wasn’t long before Kim assisted the top tier meeting planners and high-level executives of every industry who came to Anaheim to attend their meeting and events at the Hilton and city wide events held at the Convention Center. Within a year, Kim was hired for the ultimate position by becoming the 1996 “Valet” for the Million Dollar Roundtable where her role was to care for their Executive Committee and to escort Retired General Colin Powell for the nine days of their convention. From there her career took off, joining Hilton national sales in Dallas, followed by handling sales and event planning for the Universal City Hilton, Parker Palm Springs, The Lodge at Rancho Mirage and Ojai Valley Inn & Spa.

Now, almost 20 years later, Kim started her own brand and company by instilling an “old school hospitality” approach to meeting and events and adding the five senses to every event she works on for her clients in film, entertainment and a long list of corporate brands around the world! With her luxury hotel experience, over 500 events under her belt, and now adding agency experience in experiential event production and brand marketing, she is sought after for her 360 degree view as an event executive.

Currently, Kim has focused on the video game industry, which caught her attention in 2010. Known as the “Call of Duty eSports Mom” or “COD Mom,” she has also added the title as the “eSports Event Mom” for Twitch TV. Kim has taken care of video gaming pro players, talent and executives for such games as Call of Duty, Dota 2, Destiny, Counter Strike, Heroes, and StarCraft to name a few.
